We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Levoite, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Time limit: within 1 days after payment of order (And is the order is not sent), if the package has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
3. We promise to provide free return and replacement service for defective or damaged products. Levoite is responsible for shipping cost.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Contact us for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days, refund arrival time: 48 hours
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 2 days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@levoite.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange Flow:
Step 1: Initiate your return, send return requests to support@levoite.com.
Step 2: Receive return notification email
Once you initiate your return (Step 1), you will receive an email titled “Notification of Your Return Progress from Levoite” within 48 hours. Within this email, you’ll receive the further return instructions.
Step 3: Pack & Ship the item(s)
Enclose a copy of your return with the order number, full name and email address. Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method.
Step 4: Remember to send return tracking number once the package is shipped back.
Step 5: Item(s) received and inspected by Levoite
Step 6: Store credit issued to customer by Levoite
Step 7: Customers uses store credit to order new item(s)
