Items purchased from Levoite and delivered to the destination located in the European Union (EU), VAT and duties (if applicable) have been included in their selling prices, and you don't need to pay additional tax.
Tracking An Order
1. Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email about the order details. You can use tracking number tracking orders from tracking link.Click on Track button,you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

Cancelled Orders
We accept order cancellation before the order is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the order is already shipped out.
Lost or Damaged
How to deal with items lost or damaged during transportation？
If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, we provide a refund or resend a new product for free.For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please visit the Refund Policy for more information.
