Shipping Policy

Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email about the order details. You can use tracking number tracking orders from tracking line, you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

Track Your Order

When you receive the tracking number, it means that your order has been handed over to the carrier to start shipping, please wait 1-2 days for the tracking system to update the order's shipping progress. Occasionally there will be an update delay. If you have any questions, contact our team for assistance please!

If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, we provide a full refund or resend a new product for free. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Amending your order is allowed within 24 hours of purchasing the item/s. You may contact us via support@levoite.com to request for change. Please make sure your order has not been shipped. We will not be able to cancel or change the order if it has been shipped.

Orders purchased from Levoite Tools, VAT and duties (if applicable) have been included in their selling prices, and you don't need to pay additional tax.

All orders are shipped duty-paid. If you get hit with a bill for import duty, send it to us and we'll pay it.

Changing of address is allowed within 24-hour of purchasing the item/s. You may contact us via support@levoite.com to request for change.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Time limit: within 1 days after payment of order (And is the order is not sent), if the package has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
