Best Concealed Hinge Jig - 35mm Cabinet/Blum/Euro Hinge Jig

I have purchased three other brands, (based on good reviews) so I can say with 1st hand experience that this is one that beats them all. The machining quality is perfect. Setting up for use is infallible. 100% exact and repeatable results every time. This one cost a few $ more but worth 5x the others. As a woodworker hobbyist for over 40 years, I promise this will not disappoint. The carbide tipped 35mm bit is also of good quality.

this is a very well made and precise hinge jig. They didn't limit this to the tool, the packaging is top notch as well. Sounds weird but the box and foam cut-outs are very precise and tight.
I immediately used this to fit some Ravinte 1/2" overlay soft-close hinges to a Shaker style cabinet door. This jig makes easy work of aligning the hole to be drilled AND the screw predrills, Highly recommend.

What I really like is that this concealed hinge jig is all metal. So drilling does not wear the accuracy down/off which can happen with plastic jigs. So I had to install the new style concealed hinge and drill the required pocket hole. I had not installed this type of hinge before and was a little nervous drilling deep into the cabinet door. Worked like a champ - first attempt. Love the jig.

This is a great little jig. Made locating the holes in the cabinet doors easy. There's a lot of adjustments that can be made for just the right fit. I took a scrap peace of wood to do samples on to get the jig set up were I needed it to be. Overall I liked using it.

Worked well. The 35 mm bit was sharp and had spurs to help keep the bit centered. Comes with everything you need. The one thing to remember is that the clamp needs to be addressed so that the jig is securely clamped to the door.

So Back in the 1980’s I had a cabinet shop that I sold in 1995. I had a large hinge machine to do this step for door hinges. I wish I invented this jig! It is very well thought out. I love the quality and ease of use. I now do small projects for myself and my family, I have to say it works great! It’s very easy set up and easy to use. The bit is very sharp and very accurate.

What i like about this versus the kreg jig is that this is all metal. Very simple to use. Has a lot of adjustments. Not too bulky.
