Levoite Thin Rip Guide Jig makes repetitive ripping of thin strips safer, more accurate, and faster than before. Since the strips come off the left side of the saw blade, they do not get trapped between the blade and fence, decreasing the risk of binding and kickback.

Levoite Thin Rip Guide Jig is simple to use; a single knob locks it into the miter track, The ball bearing guide keeps your workpiece firmly against the fence and acts as a stop for perfect repeatability. Cut a strip, reposition the saw fence to move the stock against the ball bearing, then cut the next thin strip.

APPLICATION :

HOW IT WORKS ?

Calibrating the scale to your saw couldn't be simpler. Just bring the bearings up until they touch the tooth of the saw blade and adjust the sale indrcator to the nearest mark. It's a good quality jig, nicely finished. Once locked down, there is no movement in the t-track or the slide. You can put this in a narrow or wide track, there are bolts to fit either. It fits in my DeWalt 7485 table saw, which has 170mm between the blade and inner edge of the t-slot
